At First Storytellers Collective, we value your support and strive to deliver enriching and respectful cultural experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our process regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

The experience or event is cancelled by First Storytellers Collective due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather, travel disruption)

The client cancels or reschedules with sufficient notice as outlined below

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed within 3 months of the original booking date.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation.
Cancellation by First Storytellers Collective

If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

The option to reschedule at a mutually convenient date

Special Considerations
We understand that in early learning, school, and community settings, unexpected circumstances can arise. We are happy to discuss flexible options in the case of:

Severe weather or health-related closures

Community sorry business

Force majeure events (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic-related closures)
Please contact us as early as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

Deposit amounts specified in your quote (if applicable)

Costs already incurred for custom materials, catering, or artist travel when cancelled on short notice
